Our three guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, with original features giving them all a unique character. All of our rooms have baths and showers, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee-making facilities.
Of course, the best bit is that you are just a staircase away from our relaxed and welcoming bar, serving local ale and a range of premium gins, lagers, ciders and wines. Plus, you can dine in our lounge or restaurant on homegrown and local food from our own farm.

We cannot offer breakfast inclusive of the room rate. Our homely breakfast menu is available from 9am – 11:30am Saturday and Sunday.

The Arkle
A charming and spacious room featuring a super king bed, which can be arranged as two or three twin beds, or as a super king with one twin bed—perfect for couples, friends, or small groups. Overlooking the courtyard, The Arkle offers a cosy two-seater sofa, exposed beams, and plenty of character. Like all our rooms, it includes a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, a desk, wardrobe, bedside tables, and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and over-tub shower.
The Linwell
Overlooking Ledbury’s historic high street, The Linwell combines comfort with period charm. Its super king bed can be split into two or three twin beds or arranged as a super king with one twin bed, offering flexibility for different guests. A striking wood-panelled feature wall and an original fireplace add to the room’s character. With an armchair for relaxing, plus all the essential amenities—including a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, a desk, wardrobe, bedside tables, and an ensuite bathroom—The Linwell is a perfect blend of history and modern convenience.
Dawn Run
Our cosiest room, Dawn Run overlooks The Homend and features a kingsize bed that can be split into two twin beds, making it ideal for couples or friends. Though smaller in size, this room doesn’t compromise on comfort, with an inviting armchair, charming exposed beams, and all the essential amenities: TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, a desk, wardrobe, bedside tables, and an ensuite bathroom. Like the rest of our historic inn, Dawn Run’s quirks only add to its unique character, offering a truly memorable stay in one of Ledbury’s oldest buildings.
